Over the past 18 years, we have gained valuable experience in a variety of industries and built a large network of private and public clients, ranging from rural SMME’s to large organisations such as Investec, Oracle, Pick ‘n Pay, Transnet, South African Tourism and the National Department of Tourism. ProServ South Africa was acquired by EOH Abantu (Pty) Ltd, a Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“JSE”) listed organisation in January 2013. This resulted in the establishment of EOH Workplace Learning

To make this happen we do not only make tools and support available for the learner, but as well for management, on-site mentors, and peers. Our workplace learning services therefore include:
• Training of mentors and coaches in the workplace
• Induction programmes for learners and management to ensure all are aligned in the objectives of the programme
• Workplace skills coordinators who visit the workplaces to interact with learners and management and support the learning process
• E-learning tools and an on-line document library linked to a mobile communication platform
Our training programmes range from vocational skills to supervisory and management development programmes applicable to a wide range of industries, both as short course programmes and 12-month certificate programmes. Our approach to the design and implementation of Skills Development programmes is solutions driven and therefore custom-made to our client’s needs. In this we offer an end-to-end service including:
• Development of competencies linked to job profiles
• Conduct training needs analysis
• Develop a Workplace Skills Plan
• Recruit and select learners for the training programme, if the focus is on new recruits in the organisation
• Development and accreditation of training programmes

Pearson VUE provides computer-based testing for information technology, academic, government and professional testing programs around the world. Pearson VUE provides a full suite of testing-industry services and delivers exams through a comprehensive and secure network of test centres in 175 countries. Candidates have access to a web account they create with Pearson VUE providing access to exam information, including the ability to produce score reports taken with Pearson VUE, exam scheduling and exam cancellations.

Once candidates have taken an exam, they also have access to the Certification Records Management System, which allows them to view certification history, update personal information, print certificates, and publish credentials to employers. To view our examinations on offer, please click here
