Michael Mann

General Manager

Michael Mann, BU Executive of ProServ South Africa has 20 years experience in the training and development industry, with the majority of those years focused on workplace based learning. Passionate husband and father of four, Michael is equally passionate about development of South African youth and leads the ProServ South Africa team in an ever-improving approach to ensure the impact of our services result in real opportunities for all learners. An avid traveler and particularly a fan of the Road Trip holiday, Michael can be seen visiting sites and clients all over SA, as the ProServ South Africa services reach all corners of this beautiful country.

Kubashini Naidoo

Financial Manager

Hailing from the sunny city of Durban, Kubashini has been part of ProServ South Africa since 2011 and has extensive experience in Accounting, including 3 years in audit articles, holding a BCom Degree from Unisa. She is responsible for the Financial Management of ProServ South Africa, as well as other L&D Business Units within the NEXTEC Cluster, specializing in our business of Skills Development.

Rebecca Mabyalani

ETQA Manager

Rebecca completed a B-TECH Degree in Human Resources Management with TUT, and enrolled for her MBA with Mancosa. She joined ProServ South Africa in 2011 as an Administration Manager and was responsible for Managing the Learning and Development Administration Department. Promoted in September 2013 to fulfill the role of Quality Assurance Manager, she is responsible for the scope of accreditation and quality assurance of all learning and development interventions as well as the further development of new qualifications and updates to existing learning material with her team of Quality Assurers.

Cammy Mazeka

Operations Manager

Cammy Mazeka has lived a blessed life, working in different industries and multiple African countries. Change is something that doesn’t deter her, but challenges her to think and act in line with the ever-changing times we live in. She holds a masters degree and is driven by people. She has worked as a Consultant and managed various projects and strategic programmes for South African Financial Institutions. She joined ProServ South Africa in 2017, overseeing project implementation, contributing to the organisations success.

JC Mellet

Operations Manager

A qualified ETDP Practitioner, Project Manager & Digital Marketing Professional, JC studied at University of Johannesburg, VEGA and the Digital Marketing Institute, completing several qualifications in Web & Graphic Design, Digital Strategy, Digital Marketing and Building Brands. JC joined ProServ South Africa in 2003, gaining expert knowledge of the Learning and Development industry. Today as Operations Manager Infrastructure, Digital Media & Innovation, he leads a team of specialists managing all ICT infrastructure, system resources, digital learning and brand development for the organisation. JC is a creative analyst of all things digital, a passionate educator and an eternal student.

Mirela Enright

Quality Manager

Mirela Enright joined ProServ South Africa in 2018 in the capacity of Quality Manager, ensuring the continuous improvement of organisational process and policy. She holds an Honours Degree in Science and comes with extensive experience in project and programme management, planning and monitoring, finance management, governance and procurement, as well as skills development in the public and international development sectors. Her passion lies in education and skills development with a direct focus on sustainable results and positive impact on peoples lives. She embraces change and always looks for continuous improvement practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
