Michael Mann, GM of ProServ has 18 years experience in the training and development industry, with the majority of those years focused on workplace based learning. Passionate husband and father of two boys, Michael is equally passionate about development of South Africa youth and leads the ProServ team in an ever improving approach to ensure the impact of our services result in real opportunities for all learners. An avid traveller and particularly a fan of the Road Trip holiday, Michael can be seen visiting sites and clients all over SA, as the ProServ services reach all corners of this beautiful country.
Kubashini is currently completing a B.Compt degree at Unisa. She has extensive experience in Accounting, including 3 years in audit articles. She was employed by ProServ in July 2011 as Manager: Management Accounting, Reporting and Compliance.
Rebecca completed a B-TECH Degree in Human Resources Management with TUT, and enrolled for her MBA with Mancosa. She joined ProServ SA in 2011 as an Administration Manager and was responsible for Managing the Learning and Development Administration Department. Promoted in September 2013 to fulfil the role of Quality Assurance Manager, she is responsible for the scope of accreditation and quality assurance of all learning and development interventions, and for the further development and updates to all learning material with her team of Quality Assurers.
Rose van Sittert
Rose van Sittert has worked and studied overseas, living in both England and the United States of America. Rose graduated from London Metropolitan University with first class honors in Business Operations and Sports Management. On her return to SA, Rose successfully established and managed a consultancy business which she ran for ten years before joining ProServ SA in September 2014 to become a full time member of the team. During her tenure as a consultant, Rose managed various skills development projects, specializing in Learnership and graduate programs. Her strengths lie in managing people, implementing projects and ensuring the end goal is reached successfully. Rose is an avid long distance runner, having completed the Comrades Marathon six times. This passion and dedication is transferred to her everyday job where she displays the same level of commitment and dedication.
Cammy Mazeka has lived a blessed life, working in different industries and multiple African countries. Change is something that doesn’t deter her, but challenges her to think and act in line with the ever changing times we live in. She holds a masters degree and is driven by people. She has worked as Consultant and managed various projects and strategic programmes for a few South African Financial Institutions. She joined ProServ South Africa in 2017, and has been contributing to the organisations success.
JC joined ProServ South Africa in April 2003. JC studied at RAU & VEGA, completing several qualifications in Web, Graphic Design and Digital Strategy. As Operations Manager Infrastructure & Digital Media Manager, he and his team of specialists manage all ITC infrastructure, system resources, digital learning and management platforms, branding and communication for the organisation at large.
