Our inhouse developed eBrixx™ Learner Management System (LMS) is a customisable integrated Human Resource Development and Quality Management application that streamlines the functions associated with administering, documenting, tracking, and reporting on delegates and managing classrooms, facilitators, equipment, events, and other learning resources. It is browser-based, and it serves as a single point of data entry aimed at record keeping, tracking, and reporting across all past and current programmes, for improved data integration. It tracks delegate progress to certification and manages the
administrative process from enrolment through to certification within and across certifications, all linked to unique identified and allocated training interventions and projects. In addition, the eBrixx™ LMS administers and manages training and Statutory reporting including SAQA, SETA and DoL Reports, and it has the capability of reporting information to several SETAs.
