Meet the Team
Rachel Ntombizodwa known as ‘Zodwa’, was born and raised in Soweto JHB, and moved to Mpumalanga in 1996 where she completed her matric in 2000 . In 2001 she embarked to further her studies in Wholesale & Retail, Business Administration, Human Resources and Project Management. Zodwa has 8 years experience in Training and Development. She holds exceptional knowledge and skills in Seta’s administration, implementation and processes . Currently a Project Manager within ProServ and has shown that her past experience in project management and implementation is vital to the success of any project . She is an advent believer in team work and has moulded her team in such a way that it gets the optimum out of each project run by her. She is also a proud mother of 2 beautiful children.
Karin worked in the Hospitality Management sector in the Netherlands for over 10 years. During her Internship for her Bachelors’ in Business Administration & Hotel Management in 2011, she got involved in training/development which immediately became a passion and provided her with great exposure to the Training/Development and Quality Assurance field within the Industry. In March 2013, Karin started at ProServ South Africa, firstly as a Recruitment Manager, then as a Senior Consultant and finally as a Project Coordinator. Throughout the various job roles, she has gained tremendous experience in various aspects of the business such as Recruitment, Consulting, Report Writing and Project Management. Karin’s goal for the near future is to gain more experience in the field of Project Management within the Training/Development Industry.
Fiona, has more than 7 years’ experience in executing and managing large scale projects with several of these being in the higher education sector, where she was named one of the top performers for consistently meeting targets as well as exceptional customer service. Her experience has included other large projects ranging from the production of events to design exhibitions. Fiona, joined the company in April 2014 as a project coordinator. She is working hard on achieving one of her many goals; to be a project manager in the near future.
Born and bred in Johannesburg, Franklin studied BCOM in Hospitality Management in Port Alfred with Stenden South Africa. Before joining ProServ he had many jobs centred around the Hospitality Industry. He joined ProServ late in 2011, starting in the flexible staffing department and currently working as a Workplace Support Coordinator within the Training Services and Enterprise Development Department.
Anisa completed a BComm Degree in Human Resource Management with Unisa in 2014 and is also an accredited Skills Development Facilitator. She is currently working towards a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Development. Anisa began her career in the retail industry, thereafter doing a short stint in the Food & Beverage industry. She began her career in HR as an Intern, and then moved into the role of an HR Administrator in the BPO and Recruitment industry. This is where she developed a passion for skills development and training. Anisa joined the Proserv – Cape Town team in March 2015 as a Project Coordinator, and is aspiring to grow in the company and become a Project Manager in the near future.
