Rebecca Mabyalani

Quality Assurance Manager

Rebecca has completed a B-TECH Degree in Human Resources Management with TUT, enrolled for MBA with Mancosa. She started with ProServ in 2011 as an Administration Manager where she was responsible for Managing the Administration Department. Rebecca was promoted in September 2013 to fulfil the role of Quality Assurance Manager.

Linah Sebati

Material Development Administrator

Linah has a Diploma in Office Administration and a Certificate in Secretarial Skills obtained from the Rosebank College. She also attended a Skills Programme with Hospitality Professionals and thereafter joined the ProServ Team. She has tremendous experience in Project Administration and Coordination of existing programmes, such as learnerships, short courses and skills programmes. Additionally she has strong skills in initiating and maintaining effective working relationships with accrediting bodies, such as CATHSSETA, SSETA, FASSET and Umalusi. Lastly she is involved in managing the registration of Assessors and Moderators of ProServ.

Mabel Lekgothoane

Material Development Administrator

Mabel originally comes from Limpopo and has worked in the Hospitality industry for 2 years. Her career started at Sunnyside Hotel in Johannesburg. She then joined ProServ SA working as an Office Administrator, performing various duties including the creation of client files, learner files, registering & capturing learners on the SETA database and  requesting certificates for competent learners from various SETAs. She is a mother of three boys and enjoys spending time with family. Mabel is currently an Administrator focusing on material reproduction and coordination.

TQ Moswane

Quality Assurance Coordinator

TQ is all about people…. (Married, father of 3 kids, daughters and son). At the heart of TQ lies a powerful ethos established to bring improvement and opportunity through learning. TQ has over 10 years’ experience in the Training Industry. From its inception, TQ committed to equip people with the skills, knowledge and confidence to face life’s challenges.  TQ holds a National Diploma in Business Management, a Diploma in Computer Practice, Certification in Pastel Accounting, CompTIA A+ and CompTIA N+, Certification for life; Microsoft Certified Information Technology Professional(MCITP), Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT since 2012 to date); MCSA; MCP; MCTS; Microsoft Certified Network Partner; Certified Microsoft Marketing and Sales.

Clint Bailey

Quality Assurance Coordinator

Clint completed a National Diploma in Food Service Management and then later studied to achieve a B.Tech Degree in Education (Post Matric). He started at ProServ in 2011 as a Senior Facilitator and Assessor specialising in the Management field. In August 2014 Clint was then appointed into the position of ETQA Specialist where he does quality checks on all the Facilitating and Assessing and is also a Moderator, himself.

Khomotjo Shakoane

Quality Assurance Coordinator

Khomotjo Shakoane was born and bred in Mpumalanga. She matriculated in 1992 at Ramatau High School. She graduated in 2000 with an National Diploma in Food and Nutrition. She joined ProServ South Africa in 2003 as a sub-contractor and left in November 2004 to join another company as a facilitator and Nutritionist. In 2009 she came back to ProServ as a facilitator and assessor for different programmes, and has recently been promoted to Quality Coordinator / ETQA-General Specialist.
