Erica has been part of the Proserv Team for three years and is a valuable member to the sales department due to her experience in managing a training company she founded called Energy Guides. Erica’s open nature, passion for skills development and keen interest in growing and supporting the job market have assisted our clients in developing tailor made solutions which suite their needs. Being a teacher, a tourist guide, a mother as well as a qualified assessor and moderator Erica has many years of training experience in the Tourism and Hospitality fields and is engaged in lecturer development. Working towards a skilled and employable workforce is what motivates Erica in her daily tasks.
James Gwangwadza joined ProServ in March of 2015 as a Business Development Consultant. A dedicated individual in the field of training and development, he desires to see the best in each person. His passion drives his motivation to build a better workplace for his clients, thus ensuring they operate at a profit. A trained employee is a productive employee. James, an Advanced Level Cambridge Graduate, also has a Higher Certificate in Marketing giving him an in-depth understanding of marketing principles that drive his successful career. James has been in the training and development arena for eight years and fully understands the principles and culture that drive skills development in South Africa and the advantages to clients that adhere to them. For James, training has to have two exits, either an employable employee or a successful entrepreneur
Prebashni has several years of experience in the industry but formally from an insurance background. She has been able to adapt her experience and skills in a new environment and become one of the team players in the short time since she joined ProServ South Africa. Prebashni believes that the best way to ensure a brighter future, is to plan ahead, therefore developing the young minds of our country is imperative. She is an outdoors person who is up for any challenge and tackles things head on.
